Quick reminder of working bee at Royal Park this Saturday, 10 am to noon.

Main jobs are to install 2 tanks stands on the oval near the garden plots, holes have been dug, we just need to cement them in.

The mower is back and working, so may be opportune to run over the a few of the higher weeds as well as remove weeds from around the plantings.

If anyone would like to spend some time mowing the area at other times please feel free to.

Looking forward to seeing you on Saturday,
Phil

Find out by coming along!  This will be a very basic beginners workshop.

Friends of Royal Park successfully added the two small tanks on tank stands to the Community Garden, weeded the indigenous planting and tidied up around the front of the club house buildings.
Thanks to everyone who turned up to make it a very sucessful day.

collecting rubbish

Thank you to all the hard working supporters who came over to help clean up the Club rooms on Saturday morning, 30th of September.

Around 20 people swept, scrubbed, mopped, wiped all the dirt and threw out or recycled the junk.

The covers were removed from the windows, and the Winter sunshine came pouring in.

Thanks to Tim for some nifty mowing of the front nature strip - the whole block!

A cosy BBQ of John Harbour sausages hit the spot about 1pm, and we were all packed up and on our way before 2pm.

A job well done.
